For I, chemical property belongs the reaction that the substances take place, acidic/alkaline, oxidizing/reducing
physical means mass, proton no., neutron no....

boiling point and melting point 係physical or chemical property
also 係唔係唔同element多數唔同physical property
no matter in same group or period

yes different element have different physical property
same element 有時都會, e.g. isotope

in metallic bonding metal tends to lose e- to become more stable . the local e- become free e-.
thus between metal ion and free e- exist a strong elcertrostatic force.
