For endothermic reaction,

H2O(s) <-----> H2O(l)

Increase in pressure, shifts the equilibrium to the right. Therefore, melthing point of ice decreases with increase in pressure.

The effect of pressure on solids or liquids becomes significant when the pressure is extremely high. (ice-skating and the flow of glaciers are typical examples)
